Returns & Exchanges

At Umbra, we take pride in the design and quality of our home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 45-day return window for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original Umbra packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
